STEPS ON HOW TO FILE FOR AN ACTIVITY CLEARANCE:

Step 1: You may visit OCAI or call the OCAI’s Office for the list of requirements (the list of requirements will depend on your activity).

Step 2: Submit the initial requirements at OCAI and it will be escalated to the Admin Office.

Step 3: Wait for the approval and additional requirements (if any).

Step 4: Upon approval, you will have to submit the final requirements and settle the applicable fees (the fees will vary on the activity).

Step 5: Fill out the Activity Clearance Form that will be handed to you and it will be escalated to the Admin Office for signatory.

Step 6: Wait for the release of the Activity Clearance Form signed by the OCAI General Manager and OCAI Operations Manager.
