OCAI DFA Passport on Wheels was held at Exquadra Tower, Jade Drive, Ortigas Center last June 20, 2022, a project by OCAI Membership Committee. The event was exclusive for OCAI members only and it received positive feedbacks from the stakeholders.
The project was made possible by Exquadra Tower, Unioil, and powered by Eastern Communications and Converge ICT Solution.
Get ready to CACHE YOUR TRASH!
Do your part in protecting the environment by recycling your plastic, paper, and metal wastes. Bring them to the OCAI Building 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Saturdays of the Month, from 8 am to 12 noon, and exchange them for credits you can use to purchase products and services from Lazada, Bayad centers, and Bxtra.

Due to their busy schedules, we wanted medical care to be accessible for the employees and residents in Ortigas Center, which is why every OCAI Founding Anniversary (pre-pandemic), we organize Free Medical Mission for all OCAI Stakeholders including their families!
The Chinese Dragon Dance parade all around the Center has become an annual tradition by the Association to its residents since 200*, to bring the festive vibes at the eve of the Chinese New Year.
